Open Level Reformer Classes

Our open-level classes are ideal for those with some Pilates experience who want to continue building strength, mobility, and endurance. These sessions introduce more complex movement patterns and varied resistance, helping you develop greater control and body awareness.

Each class is kept small to ensure individual attention. You’ll:

  • Explore more challenging sequences that build on foundational skills

  • Improve coordination, dynamic stability, and posture

  • Receive tailored progressions or regressions depending on your needs
