Liv is a skilled Pilates coach who takes a supportive, personalised approach to movement. She helps clients build control, flexibility and confidence through tailored Pilates programs that support both rehab and performance.

Tom is a dedicated physiotherapist who combines evidence-based care with a passion for patient progress. He enjoys working with people of all backgrounds, helping them recover from injury and improve performance with clear, goal-focused treatment.

Sam is part of our welcoming admin team and is currently studying her Master of Physiotherapy. With a friendly nature and a passion for helping others, she’s here to make your visit smooth and stress-free.
